• To claim compensation if you suffer damages due to unlawful processing.

5. Application Method

To exercise your rights under KVKK, provide feedback, or submit questions, you may apply in person with identity-verifying documents and a petition containing your request to Peda Information Technologies Limited Company, send via notary, or transmit electronically with a secure electronic signature.

Your applications will be accepted following identity verification and responded to within the statutory period.
